    Cannot connect to specific server

    So i can't connect to my friend server, but i can connect every other one. Others can connect to it with no problem
    No idea why, tried everything except changing ISP, any idea how to test what is really wrong/fix it?

    Well for some reason i was able to connect while searching for fixes.
    I didn't do anything just clicked it like hundreds times before and it worked i connected, everything seems to work no problem.
    I will ask Admin if he did anything if i learn why randomly decided to fix itsels i will post it
