[Request] VPN plugin

Hello, TeamSpeak3 is banned in my country (Saudi). I have tested connecting to a VPN fix the issue, but I really can't be connected to a VPN to all my applications (Such as games, browsing, etc...). Therefore, I wanted to check/request a plugin that will allow my teamspeak to run through a VPN.

Fairly sure that network routing is beyond the Plugin API abilities unless 21-22 really added some new features. May want to look into some way of running TS3 in a sandboxed environment (virtual machine) that routes all of the traffic to the VPN. Or just running TS on a smart phone.
