[Suggestion] Client Rename Event

Hey folks ,

I would really appreciate if you can add an event which fires once a client is renaming.
If you do so you may consider to add a "ClientEdit" event or something like this. This would then fires once a client is editing some client related things like name, avatar, description, etc.

Currently to do this kind of feature on the bot i develop i store the clientlist and the channellist, i ask for them each 3s and compare all values.

It would be clearly usefull to have clientedit, serveredit and channeledit events to avoid too big treatments.

yeah, same for me.
Ofcourse I could query the clientnames always but this is first not performant and there is always some kind of delay which I actually don't like.
