Virtual Server editing does not reflect immediately

    Hello,
I was on holidays and had to announce server maintenance on my server. I was trying to edit the Host Message including the mode.

On iOS the Client does not immediately reflect the changes it keeps showing the setting when you connected to the server but you can see its been changed on a pc though. You can see it in the virtual server settings and main server window "Server properties have been edited by "XYZiOS"".

However you will see the change in virtual server settings after a reconnect.

I don't think this is an intended behavior.

    Reproduction:
    1. Connect with PC Client
    2. Connect with iOS
    3. Change Host Message and Mode via iOS
    4. Check with PC (changed)
    5. Check with iOS (still not changed)

    Cheers

    Thank you for this report.
We can reproduce this for Max clients, Reserved slots, Welcome Message, Host message & Mode, Delete Delay as long the Server info dialog wasn't closed.

You do not have to reconnect to see the changes. Hold and scroll down in the server info dialog or reopen the server info dialog or edit the server name.

    Hello dante696,
I tried to verfiy this and found out there is different behavior if you use to touch on Servername (above the channels) -> Edit Virtual Server

    AND

Touch -> Menu -> Edit Virtual Server (this is not refreshing after its closed)

Can you follow me and confirm this?

Okay great, just wanted to make sure we're talking about the same

Because you described the way with choosing the server (above the channels).

So hope to see this fixed in a couple of releases

    Cheers

This will be fixed in both edit dialogs with the next update.

    Additional to this bug:
Server Name now does update when you have Server info dialog open.
Server password now can be removed.
