    Granted power but no Value

Still one thing i dont really understand. As server admin group member i can set the granted power to at least 75 but if i try to set any value i dont have enough permission modify power.
My permission modify power granted is 75 and value 75 too.
So, why cant i change the channel permission modify power to any value althoug granted is 75?

"Grant" is the mininum required permission modify power to change the corresponding value at all. "Grant" does not give you any permissions, it requires them.

Alright. So i need to talk with my head admin to give me that permission again?!
Itīs stupid that there is no safety mechanism to prevent the local admin group from cutting itself

EDIT: Still, why dont i have enough permission modify power when my value is 75?
I accidently took away my channel permission modify power and when i wanted to give it back i dont have enough power???
Enlight me, maybe im to stubborn to understand? i_permission_understand_power = 0

You cannot increase grant over your own value.
For the other thing see the last table on this page for details.

I still dont understand. My permission modify power is 75, so i should be able to change most permissions, right? And when i want to change the channel permission modify power i dont have enough "what power exactly" to do this?
Itīs totally not clear which permission depend on each other, thats my problem.

Without any permissions overview from you: I guess you have you have removed the value in Grant on permission i_channel_permission_modify_power.
No Grant Value = You can not edit target permission.

Then theres something wrong. Because i can set the grant value to even 100 and i can remove it and put it back to whatever value i desire.
However, if set anything in grant and AFTER that i put any value, even 1, in my i_channel_permission_modify_power it tells me i dont have enough permission modify power.
So, short, i can change the grant but not the particular power.

You can set Grant value above 75? Then you did assign yourself permissions we do not give support for :/
The Server Admin group only can give a value of 75 for most permisisons.

    P.S.
The value of 100 in Grant requires a permission modify power of 100

I suggest to revert unsupported permisison via servergroupcopy or permreset.

Funny, ainīt it? In the group i messed up i revoked my permission modify power and yet i can assign a grant of 100 of it.
But ofc, i can not set my permission modify power since i got none, hence no right to set it.
    Iīll consider the permreset.
Tho, what could it be that i can assign values of 100 anywhwere with granted less than 100?
    Any idea?

You may have added b_permission_modify_power_ignore to yourself. Which is not supported from us.
I guessed again, you still showed no permissions overview.

You may start with servergroupcopy to fix your Server Admin group and remove all your client permissions, before you reset all permissions.

The ignore power was the missing link in that case.
When i removed it i could no longer assign values over 75.
Still the riddle why i cant get my channel permission modify power back. Servergroupcopy or permreset looks like the only way out of this.
Why is the ignore power not supported, i wonder?

It was added for the ServerQuery and you arn't a ServerQuery because you are a client. That also counts for Grant values above 75.
You can use, but on your own risk and without technical support from us.
