Negative/Low Talk Power group no longer working

I used to have a specific group on my server where it was the default temporary guest group, except "i_client_talk_power" was set to -1. By default all of our channels have a talk power of 0. Ever since the update where teamspeak introduced "myTeamspeak" the muted group has no longer been working.

Above is the photo for the muted group permissions. Does anyone have any suggestions?

From the picture: Why 0 is set instead of -1?

Open the permissions overview on such user (right click on user > Permissions) and enter talk_power into the filter.
This will show you where the 0 is coming from.

You have to enable Negate in case the user is in 2 or more Server Groups.
You have to enable Skip in case a channel or channel group overwrites the server group.

Need help setting up rights in teamspeak3

Please tell me how to do:

I made a server group with a low "i_client_talk_power = -100" in order to establish "mute". BUT on those who have rights in the teamspeak3, it does not work.

How to make it so that me do not need to remove other rights?

    Thank you

Enable Negate and Skip in that server group.
Now other groups should not disturb your settings.
