Server Group Permissions Override ban time ?

Hi,
i try to explain what i don´t find to manage.

BOB is in the Server Group ServerAdmin and some other Groups.

The ServerAdmin Group can Ban permanent.
The other Groups can Ban a defined Time range.

BOB can not make a permanent Ban, because the Permissions of the other Groups, don´t allow this.

I don´t find the right Permission to set the ServerAdmin Group over all other Groups.

Can someone tell me what to do here ?

Enable the Negate flag in Server Admins i_client_ban_max_bantime to ensure -1 stays set for Bob.
