    Permanent Ban Problem

So I administrate a server, and one of my friends claimed he was banned, but no-one was in the ban-list. When he goess to connect, he gets this message:

You are banned permanently. Reason: "Ban == Reason == Devon == 0OBoXC6uwDmetUteABid7AQC8ow= == Infinate"

can someone bring to my attention how to fix this problem, as he disconnected from the server fine, but comes back to this, thanks.

That user is banned. Maybe he connects to a different server?

Possible your ban list is to big to be shown in the client.
    Check the banlist via ServerQuery.
click me first to get an "how to use the Query Interface with Putty"
