The error "Unable to create an Open GL context" appears when your graphics card or driver can't handle required OpenGL properly.
This can happen on really old devices or integrated graphics card.
- Make sure your drivers are up to date (includes your graphics card driver was maintained last months or at least last 2 years).
- Install latest Windows 7, 8.1, 10 Updates (and Win 7 service pack).
- Try to run the client with start parameter --force-opengl-soft as a workaround.
But we can't promise that this will fix your issue.

It looks like you are using a Netbook "HP 2140".
Now i'm sure your graphics card can't accelerate what our OpenGL needs.
The only thing i can offer is that you try to run the client with a start parameter.
Try parameter --force-opengl-soft.
Make a right-click on the shortcut and add the parameter as shown on my picture.

I did it, still crashes when I open the settings
I don't think we can solve this then ;(

But I can use teamspeak normally why only the settings I cant open??
Chromium starts/loads when you open the options dialog. Chromium is needed to show the integrated Addon browser which is included under options.
One last thing you could try is to set --force-opengl-desktop as a start parameter but i have no big hope that it will work.

Simple, when i open the options tab (ALT + P) The TeamSpeak 3 just crash! i tried reinstalling 10 times.(2 times 32 bit version)

when i just updated the teamspeak I tried to open it, then it hangs and it does not and there I can not do anything.
Message that appears:
The TeamSpeak 3 client has crashed. There is a crash report which will help the developers to fix problem. Plaese type description in the text field to reproduce the issue.

I have the same issue and did every things suggested in this thread but with no success.
This seems to me some incompatibilities of Hardware and software at least for me.

p.S.: I´ve installed the Beta and i don´t get an error code. TeamSpeak crashes to fast and Windows is killing the process procedure.

I used it normally, but after I formatted my computer it did not work any more.
