Can no longer connect to TS3 x64 server

Sometime over night, we lost eh ability to connect to our server. There are no changes that we can identify or are aware of. We can ping the server by URL and by IP. The teamspeak client can even resolve the address, but fails to connect. We've tried connecting via telnet with PuTTY and connection refused. We've successfully updated the server over time and save all old complete versions prior to upgrade. We have run the old packages and cannot connect to them either. We've tried to connect with a teamspeak client on the same Windows host as the teamspeak server and cannot connect.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

I guess there is no server running. Check if it is running and read your server logs.
