Huge packetloss (in) but only one teamspeak?

Hi i have been on this teamspeak for months and never had problems but suddenly i always got between 30% to 40% packetloss.
Furthermore i only have "in" packetloss "out" is all fine with 0.00%.
Anyone has an idea how i can fix this?
    Thanks in advance
    Fubix

Edit: The packageloss in "Keep Alive" & "Control"

Somewhere between you and the server, there is a firewall rule misconfiguration. One can't say where exactly. Misconfiguration on hoster's and user's end are more likely than somewhere in the routing.

One can easily set a rule like:
"DROP all UDP packets with [Your IP] with the size of [affected TeamSpeak keep-alive and control packet size]"

BTW, given the fact that "in" packets are affected makes it more likely that the problem is on your side. But as I said, nobody can say.
One can try tracert with an overridden ICMP packet size, but that makes no sense:
    1. You don't know the size of packets that are dropped
    2. The rule might well be for UDP only rather than any protocol (including ICMP, which would be required for any test)
    3. Most importantly: It's an incoming rule so the server owner has to do tracert

Fixing is therefore not really possible.
