Hi, I checked your server and I think the permission (virtualserver_hostmessage_mode: in Show host message in pop-up window and disconnect is enabled)

if you know your password serveradmin Query use Yatqa to disable permission once connected go to Servers tab ► select server name ► Advanced ► Host Message Mode to edit

Ich möchte einen Ts3-Server auf meiner Cloud installieren. Jedoch kommt nach der erfolgreichen Installation in Putty, nachdem ich mich zum Ersten Mal im TeamSpeak-Programm einloggen wollte, eine Fehlermeldung.

Beim ersten Join kommt nur "Dieser Server ist gesperrt. Verbindung verweigert."
Beim zweiten Join kommt jedoch "Failed to connect to server: server blacklisted

I haven't experienced what you've described and so this is (hopefully useful) speculation. I presume that there's a couple of scenarios:

(1) You're using a standard server without a license file and have been really unlucky in that the IP address of the server you've built has previously been blacklisted by TeamSpeak. See if you can have your server assigned a different public IP address.

(2) For whatever reason, you have a dodgy license. You'll probably need to remove the license and have your server run on a different public IP address to get an unlicensed 32-slot server operational again. Once up-and-running, either buy a license or raise a case to ask why your existing one has been blacklisted and re-apply the license once the underlying issue has been resolved.

Alternatively, submit a ticket with Sales to ask for their advice first. Hope that helps.

I don't know, sorry. Looking at the ticket options, if you have an issue with your existing license then there's the "Sales & Licensing" option.

If you don't have a license, then as your IP address is blacklisted it may be the "Piracy" option you need to raise a ticket against.

Wenn ich diese auf meinen VServer weiterleite und versuche, auf meinen TS zu connecten, dann komme ich ganz kurz drauf, werde dann jedoch direkt wegen

Wenn ich jedoch meinen Teamspeak Client neustarte und mit der Domain "removed" connecte, geht es.

I had more than 100 permanent clients at my Teamspeak3 server.
I used my domain to hide my numerical ip.
I did not have a license and you blacklisted my domain ip.
Now I wanted to open the teamspeak3 server with license however, I am not able to do so because my domain ip is blacklisted.
