GUI part missing and "The icon of Server was not found

Here is my ts log;

<12:14:39> Trying to resolve hostname (i don't want to write channel address)
<12:14:39> Trying to connect to server
<12:14:43> =ANKA= Welcome to our game clan

<12:14:43> Connected to Server: "_=ANKA=_"

<12:14:43> The icon of Server was not found.

I had this error when I entered to my server today, connected successfully. I can hear user's voices see what they write but But it didn't show any content of server. (Channel's, Permissions, users etc.)
I had this issue when i tried connect to 'any' servers today. I think there is a problem about my system. I have updated Teamspeak 3, reinstalled it but nothing has changed. What should i do?

For the GUI problem resize the clent parts.

Put your mouse to the left side of the client, till the cursor changes the icon.
Now hold and drag the mouse to the right side again.

The same thing counts for the
- chat (put the mouse to the bottom of the client)
- permission dialog
- client / channel info (drag your mouse to the right if only see users and channels)

Have a look at this image
Move your mouse to the red marked area. The mouse cursor will change.

For the server part with the missing icon. Fix the files on the server in case you are the owner/host.
The set file could not be found or read on the server.
