No acccess to old email address anymore.

Hi all,

I have registered a long time ago with my nick but either don't remember the email address chosen, or have registered with an email address that I have given up meanwhile.

Could you please tell me what I could do?

I am sure that I would be able to log in with my old password, but as the domain is no more under my control, I don't have access to the email address saved with the account anymore.

There is nothing we can do for you on our tech forum.

The only way you *may* get help is by submitting a ticket for the myTeamSpeak Support.
*I can't promise that your problem can be solved without any access to the registered mail address.

Hey guys,

I've been a long time user of teamspeak and wanted to claim the early adopter badge, however I realized that the email associated with my myteamspeak account is my old email, and I no longer have access to it. While trying to change my email to my current address, I haven't been able to receive the verification email.

If possible could I get my email to my account changed and also sent the email for the early adopter badge to my new address? I have a feeling my old email address (the one currently associated with my account) has been sent the code.

There is no "me known" way to change the email without access to the old one.
Somehow you must approve that you are the owner of the account and this is only possible by sending a mail to registered address.

the topic already explains my problem, so my Email got terminated and now I tried to change Email and it said that it sent an email to me, so I guess that it sent it to the old one and the old one is actually not able to get reached.
Please help me I dont want to lose my MyTeamSpeakAccount.
