How to Move Sub-Channels Out of Their Parent Channels

As the title of my thread states, I am wondering if there is any way to move a sub-channel out of the parents channel that it is in, so it becomes a regular channel, instead of being stuck inside of another channel.

You can use Drag & Drop in your client to move the channel out of another channel.
A line should appear between two channels or server name and channel. There you can drop a channel and it will be a parent channel.
