Some groups blue and others black.

I'm curious to why this is, its not because I have those tags as a couple of them I do and don't.

I don't want them to have some kind of admin power so could someone tell me why the colours are what they are.

Blue are permanent groups. These stay assigned to users when they disconnect from server.
Black non bold are the temporary groups and will be removed after users disconnect from server.
Black bold groups are the default groups. These will be assigned when user has no other group assigned.
