That's not a crash. It's a wanted shutdown because we could not validate your license.

Your server can't reach accounting.teamspeak.com and/or you did not open the needed ports.

And the server still can't reach it?

Please do a tracert to accounting.teamspeak.com and post the result.
And double check your firewall and router.

No Teamspeak doesn't work when you put the license on it. I can't contact support directly through a ticket ?

Support is for paying customers. If you do not want to do what TeamSpeak staff tell you, why do you want to contact support anyway? Makes no sense to me.

As a server administrator, it is your job to know your operating system well enough to make sure the server can connecting to accounting. (Or at least how to use Google.) Please note that one doesn't usually open ports for client applications.

As long as you falsely speak of a crash, which in fact is a clean shut down because of a license issue, the server will keep doing it.
And in my experience if you do it right, configuring your firewall, it works. So you might want to double check your server.

I did exactly what you said, which port you're opening to make your teamspeak work.

TS3 service gets restarted every 2 hours

So I've just moved my teamspeak to a new Linux server.
    All fine. started perfectly

But for some reason the server get a stop / start every 2 hours.

    It's running on a CentOS 7 + Directadmin server.
It runs via a service file

    Code:
    Dec 30 12:02:16 vps1 ts3server_startscript.sh: Stopping the TeamSpeak 3 serverdone
    Dec 30 12:03:03 vps1 ts3server_startscript.sh: Starting the TeamSpeak 3 server

    Service file: /etc/systemd/system/ts3server

    Code:
    # This is an init script for The Teamspeak 3 Server ( http://teamspeak.com )
    # I also added a check for the sqlite database at start and a vacuum command at the stopping of the server
    # At the moment the output of the sqlite commands are ignored (the dash before the slash) because otherwise the start would fail
    # So: use them on your own risk until i fix this flaw
