    Look into the server instance 0 output/log file. It probably shows that the server is unable to contact the accounting server. In that case, check your DNS that the name of the accounting server is resolvable and check your firewall that outgoing connections to the accounting server are allowed.

    What port does it try to connect on?

    Open a command line using the TS3 account (if you use a specific account) and send this command:

    Code:
    tracert accounting.teamspeak.com
    Post the result of the command line here, if you don't do what TS3 staff ask you'll never get an answer...
