I'm not sure if this happens on other clients, or just Windows, however whenever you put something like:
Instance.new("Part")
It comes out as:
Instance.new("Part"![]()

Do a right click in chat and disable emoticons to avoid this.

But that is essentially a bug and should be moved to bug reports. A client must not break its own escaping.
Nobody denied that this is a bug or bad behavior. I just offered a solution/workaround for his problem.
