When the screen of iPhone goes into standby mode, my interlocutors no longer hear me

    Hello,
today I bought a program in AppStore.
I installed TeamSpeak3, and began to study. There is a small problem, I am from Russia, and Your program is in English.
Maybe that's why I do not understand what's going on.
When the screen of the smartphone goes out, it seems that my interlocutors in a voice chat-room will not hear me.
When I turn on the smartphone display, the robot says: "The connection is established."
My friends, at the same time, they say that they hear the message: "The user has entered the chat." When my screen goes blank, they hear: "The user left the chat."
When the display is turn off , I hear conversations in the chat room, of my friends.
I can make settings in the smartphone, so that if the screen of the smartphone goes blank, my voice connection is not interrupted and I was not thrown out of the voice chat?
...Or, the display(screen) of the smartphone should be permanently on, to continue talking?

For me it sounds like you have a timeout when the display turns off.
Maybe your connection was throttled when the display turns off to save energy and you get full speed again after the display turned on.

Which device and iOS do you use?
Are you using a Bluetooth device or headset or is the phone just laying around and you speak in it?

    Hello.
I use Your program, to communicate with familiar people, during computer games.
Model of smartphone - iPhone 6S Plus 16Gb.
The operating system is the newest.
    I use headphones - a headset, too.
...Yes, I also think that this problem arises when I turn on "Energy Saving", in the phone settings.

Did this problem appear before you updated to iOS 11.2.2?

Is it a BT Headset or is it connected via cable?
Are you connected via WLAN or mobile connection?

    1. I can not compare. I installed TeamSpeak on iPhone with iOS version 11.2.2

    2. I use a wired stereo headset, Sony headphones, standard.

    3. I enter the Internet, through Wi-Fi, at home.

Thank you for your answers. I will forward this to a developer in our next meeting.

I have no idea what could cause that.
