You should supply the license terms in Windows format if shipped with the Windows server.
Do you mean the license.txt or the popup?
What's wrong with that?
Edit
Do you mean the Windows console/terminal when opening the license.txt?

TeamSpeak FAQ || What should i report, when i open a client thread?
What do you expect when you did something we never gave any support? You did break your server at the moment you did it.
And we never gave any support, when user started to assign themselves Query group!
But anyways we will check that.
Update
I can reproduce this and will report to our developers. But i don't promise a fix for this.
Update 2
The same thing happens when you start a fresh 3.1 databse and just restart your instance.

This is quite an interesting update. The manpower performed in the 1.5 years since the last major release 3.0.13 seems to have been spent with:
85% making legal to produce the new license agreement. This has become quite a document! Still looking for a translation service to translate incomprehensible legal gibberish into english (or german).
10% implementing a new licence enforcement system into the server
4% bugfixing
1% new or changed features within the server
Continuing this way, Teamspeak will perish, and apps like Discord will flourish.
You are uphold by existing communities, but there is no incentive for new and rising communities to choose Teamspeak over Discord.
Sorry for the bad English, I from Russia. Interestingly, TeamSpeak3 dying eyes, I can see how die hosters. Pirates promote Your product. I was always against piracy, BUT they promote Your product. Closing all the pirates, the Program will die....
i had some hopes for 3.1 server as a global update with new features
but instead we get a anti-piracy update & server nicknames.
shame...
Hello,
If you see this message when you start your server like me :
|CRITICAL|ServerLib | |Failed to load ca certificates! Please install ca certficates on your system, or specify the location using the SSL_CERT_DIR or SSL_CERT_FILE environment variable.
you must install ca-certificates
For debian this is like :
apt-get update
apt-get install ca-certificates
After you can start your server and it's works.
Have a nice day.
We're sorry for the confusion caused by the version number. We should've mentioned that in the original announcement.
3.1.0 is a regular update, just like 3.0.13 was. It would've been 3.0.14 in the old versioning scheme. However we wanted to simplify the versioning and drop the 4th digit for general releases.
