ATHP or AAL license?

Hello,

I want to set up a server for myself and my friends.
Now I wonder if I can take a ATHP license as well.

Why do I even get the idea to buy an ATHP license?

1. I have a donate button and run ads on my website (can't use NPL)
2. I only run a single root server (can't get several licenses)
3. I want to create more than 2 virtual servers (can't use AAL)
4. I can split the slots better (I think with AAL license you can't give e.g. Server 1 100 Slots and Server 2 28 Slots)
5. I only have a minimum term of 1 month (I can only change AAL lincese once a year I think)

Now to my question:
Can I buy a ATHP license if I'm not really selling server to the public?

Because I see no other way to get a license that fulfills those things I named above.
P.S. My friends would pay me for hosting the servers for them, so technically I would rent them.

Yes you can by the ATHP license but it's more expensive at the end.
