Accounting 2 RESOLVE_ERROR: Host not found (non-authoritative)

Greetings, ive Updated my Teamspeak Server yesterday from 3.1.0 to 3.1.1.

Everytime After ca 2.5h the server stops. When i restart the server i got this log.

Until Yesterday it worked fine for more then 1 Year.

What could be the reason for this?

Hallo. Seit gestern Abend bricht mein Teamspeak regelmäßig aller 2 - 2,5h ab und wird beendet. Am späten Nachmittag, hatte ich diesen von Version 3.1.0 auf 3.1.1 geupdated. Zuvor lief der Server über 1,5h Jahre und es gab nie Probleme. Es wurde weder an der Linuxfirewall noch an den Forwards des Routers geändert. Alles blieb wie gewohnt und funktionierend. Bis gestern.

Works fine here.
Make sure you can resolve domain accounting2.teamspeak.com (current IP should be 104.20.74.196 for you).

It could be that Cloudflare thinks that your server ip is suspicious.

Ah sorry for the double Post. The forum didnt redricted me the first time after posting. So i thought it didnt posted xD.

Iam not listet there and i can reach the accounting. Seemed to be an problem while update process. Ive done a full clean install, and it seems to work now. Just backed up files, channels etc and implemented them back.

BTW, you only have to make sure accounting2.teamspeak.com works. backupaccounting2.teamspeak.com does not exist. No idea why they made the server connect to that domain.

Nobody said that he has to make sure that backup accounting has to work. But as a requirement this should work or server may get into problems when accounting 2 has problems.

Does not exist is not right. It's not active.

Here again error after few days. Dante said its old server so I updated and waited few days. Now error is again here.

I also have NTP installed and running I can normally ping that accounting. I dont want to lose my NPL please. also server is running normally without any shutdowns which is weird, cause if it doesnt have connection to accounting it will shutdown eery 2 hours

As the log states, the accounting server was temporily unavailable. (502 Bad Gateway is a very frequent malfunction of the nginx server.) That log entry is not related to you. Do not open a thread just because an error appears once without any effect at all.

Please make sure your server is able to resolve accounting2.teamspeak.com.

Sorry I found the cause, it was the matter of pihole not having proper uninstall cleanup, had to manually use these commands.

Might be helpful for others running into this issue.

sudo apt-get remove --purge resolvconf && sudo apt-get install resolvconf

sudo resolvconf -u

sudo reboot
