You being connected to SSH just means the box itself is available. It doesn't mean that the TeamSpeak process is running. Even if it is, that doesn't necessarily mean that any TeamSpeak voice server is started.
The log files are in the ./logs/ folder by default (unless you changed that). In there you'll find a set of log files (named ts3server_%F__%H_%I_%S.%6N), one for the instance (_0.log) and one for every voice server configured (_x.log, where x is the id of the server).
A new set of log files is created every time the server process starts.
Look at the current set of log files in the ones ending with _0.log and _1.log (which is the one for the first voice server).
