Teamspeak disables phone 'loud' speaker

Teamspeak disables the phones loud speaker which is used for the ringtone, music alarms and obviously speakerphone. The teamspeak audio it's self can be heard through the phone ear speaker as if I where listening to a standard phone call.

I have to restart [s]teamspeak[/s] the phone to restore the function of the loud speaker. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to why and how to resolve?

I second this with the note that I have to restart the phone entirely. The sound remains stuck on the ear speaker, not even on the phone loud speaker. Behaviour observed on:
Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge with Android 7.0
Google Play version: 3.1.8, Feb. 1st update

Also, on the mobile version of the forum, should one wants to edit the post, any tap on the screen activates the delete button thus deleting the post.

It seems I made a mistake in my OP.

I too have to restart the phone entirely to fix the problem. Restarting teamspeak makes no difference.

I have:
Sony Xperia XA1 G3121
Android 8.0

I have exactly the same problem. Makes TS almost unusable on my phone.
