How to set up autoban or autokick on channel join?

Hello. I want to create a channel that only certain clients can join, and whoever joins that channel gets automatically banned from the server for a while or gets kicked out of the channel automatically. Is it possible to set up such channel?

You need a bot for this.
(to answer the question after you did read my first sentence : no i don't know such bot.)

    But why so complicated?
Just set a needed join power of 70 on the channel and then set the same value for join power in a server group or channel group.
Now only this group (and maybe Admins above can join this channel).

Why the F you want to do this?! if you don't want people to join it just use a password or increase join power
