I have my myTeamSpeak account since 10/01/2017 and haven't recieved a code yet. I have changed my email but that shouldn't be a concern since it's still the same account?

Hello my and my friend registered for the myTeamSpeak service very early on, almost at the same time however he has received the badge and I haven't, I was wondering if you could verify that I am in-fact outside of the allotted time as to receive it.
