How can we get the "Teamspeak Official Gamer" tag?
We are migrating towards a new forum system located at community.teamspeak.com, as such this forum will become read-only on January 29, 2020

My accounts has been created in 2016. Haven't received a code.
Maybe because my mail address changed?

To get the "TeamSpeak" Jedi badge you are apparently supposed to have created your myTeamSpeak account before August 2018, this is according to @dante696, a "TeamSpeak Team" member.
I definitely had my myTeamSpeak account before August 2018 and I am just wondering why I have not gotten my badge or an Email with the code to said badge.

Sorry but I don't think there is anything you can do now. And if you get that badge code or someone gives you that: you can't reedem it anymore.

Same case, I had my myTeamspeak account in 21/02/2017 and didnt got this badge/ or email to explain how to got it.

I think i can resolve some issues next week when I'm back at the office.
I may have some codes left for the Jedi.

Tested it last week with my 3rd account and it didn't work but on 2. september my friend was able to reedem them but it's a while agoDid you test that?
Good news from my side.
Have enough codes left for the users here and you can redeem them till 24 of December.
But as said will do that on Monday. Check your private messages in the late evening.
