TS management is stupid, not a word about anything. Most people don't believe Teamspeak 5 is coming out and move to Discord. Doubt there will go back to TS if they're willing to move now.

Very excited for it. If you signed up for the Beta (the one you can find in the TS Download area, HERE) it says it will alert you via E-mail when it's live, but I check these forums each day in hopes to find at LEAST a screenshot teaser...

Well that's the only thing from the topic mentioned by an user who has apparently been at the Gamescom. If the chat gets moved to the right and potentially becomes global similarly to Discord or the new Steam, then it'll be way easier to communicate on the TS with text or catch some announcements, etc.
Dark colour with a sleek style will be awesome to have by default, as this is one of the main things that keeps the new people away from using TeamSpeak 3. Even though we have many great custom skins available with dark palettes.
I just hope that the TeamSpeak Team releases the TeamSpeak 5 fairly soon, because their competitions are already releasing promotions and preparing to minimise the userbase loss from this release.

There must be more to get Users "back".
So from this specific point of view i think they want to have a "Big Bang" Release. Thats why it kept as an secret.
If they fail it, undecided People will also do the move to an "better/more modern" Product.
If Informations of good features were leaked - The other will just implement an similiar one
Unfortunately they have a very bad Timing. We already moved to Discord an month ago. Serveral others did the same.
Now, its very difficult to move back. Even if TS5 now will have the same capabilitiers and im sponsoring the Server

I always thought that Discord is better, but it's true that if you make a server on TeamSpeak you have full control and not if someone sponsors the serverI agree with you too

It's really frustrating as a community to recruit new players when so many dislike Teamspeak in this era where Discord has been the new hip VOIP to use.
