TS3 disconnect automatically when talking.

Hi all,
firstly I would thank in advance everyone who will help me out with this.

After I changed home, and internet connection,I encountering a stange problem.
TS works normally during my staying inside a private server. Then, when someone logs in and talking starts, after few seconds (around 10) the voices mute and I got disconnected form the server. Auto-rejoin wont work. Only way is to exit TS and re-open normally.
I already tried port forwaring inside my router but doesnt seems to work at all.

any suggestion?
