Channels are not really "limited" to 100 people but once there are 100 people in a single channel noone will be able to talk. Might have been put in place to not use astronomic high Bandwidth / CPU / whatsoever...
Anyway you can just increase the number of people by rightclicking the Servername -> Edit Virtualserver -> More -> Misc -> Change the Min Clients in channel before silence Value there.

btw: what the hell do you want with 100 people in a single channel? Trying to hurt your Hoster by creating a damn load of traffic?

    Loss of sound channels

When you transfer the user to the channel by admin, lost sound on the channel and around the icon will appear to turn the microphone off.
    After a while sound restores.
How to get rid of this problem?

It occurs when the channel is more than 100 users

    Thanks, found http://forum.teamspeak.com/showthrea...ed-to-100-user

Over 99 members per channel mutes users

Server: 3.0.7, NPL (installed from /usr/ports/)
    OS: FreeBSD 9
    Clients: all 3.0.10
    Codec: Opus Voice, Quality: 6

When I speaking and 100'th member joining the channel - my voise have a lag and interrupts.
99 members total per channel - all OK.
Is this a server or my configuration issure?

    Using your client TS3:
Do a right-click on your server name.
Edit Server --> "Misc" Tab --> See the value in "Min clients in channel before silence"

Solved How many maximum users can be connected to the same channel ts3?

The problem I have found is the following when a ts3 channel 100 users automatically enter that channel is muted.

And my question is whether that can be extended and if anyone has happened and what has been modified.
The question is that if more than 100 one can talk.

Any solution or modification I have to do?

    thanks in advance

Yes, you can do it using your client TS3 (if you have permissions to it):
Edit Server --> "Misc" Tab --> Change the value in "Min clients in channel before silence"

Note: This issue is similar to

Issue speaking in server with 100 or more people in a channel?

Currently have a TS server that allows for up 500 connected user at a time. In a channel with 100 or more members are no longer able to speak in general chat but can still use whisper list.

    Found this from 2010 http://forum.teamspeak.com/threads/5...ed-to-100-user
Checked in out and our channel was set for 500. Not sure what else to try. Any ideas?

    Thanks!

You did set your channel to 500 users? This is not related to your issue.
You have to raise the value for "Min clients in channel before silence" from 100 to your desired value. As explained in post #2

Right-click the server name -> open Edit Virtual Server -> (press on More in case there is no Less button on the buttom) -> Select tab Misc -> change the value in Min clients in channel before silence.

A setting from 101 - 500 works fine for me, when 100 users are in one channel.
I could not speak when 101 users where in the channel or when I lowered the value to 100.
