TeamSpeak FAQ || What should i report, when i open a client thread?
All servers(almost all) from the German servers in Server List redirects me to the same server. I would like to ask, it's normal? Sorry for my bad English. More details you can see on the picture in the attachment.
advert for these servers removed by mod.

Hey,
if you filter the server list by clients connected there are a lot of fake servers, which nearly take the full height of the server list.
Take a look at this (filter: 40 - 1000 clients located in germany):
(blurred domains to not advertise fake servers)
As a user looking for a nice public server you basically get 70 % fake servers with do not work, have some bad names or harmful links or ip-logger crap on it.
To be honest: These fake search results are disgusting, and as a new teamspeak user looking at this i would wonder what the heck i just downloaded and uninstall teamspeak immediately.
Just imagine searching on google and 70 % of the results are fake, insults and other scam crap. You would never use it again.
Also, take in mind i maximized the window. A normal user would probably look at 100 % fake results when not scrolling down.
This damages real public servers as they don't get displayed, the users looking at the disgusting search results. Also, this problem has been around for a long time.
If there is any way to fix this, please do so. Also, i hope there is an improved server list on the new TS 5 client.
Thanks in advance!

The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 10 characters.
Thank you for moving this thread into "General Questions".
I have no general question tho, just a suggestion. Whatever, i am used to not getting an answer here.
*pushing* this aggain.
Why is this problem known but nothing done aggainst it? ATM many servers are flooding the list aggain. TS3Public.de for example got like 15 Servers in the list.. all fake with faking up to 489 clients but their real server got like 8 people connected.

confirm / stimmt
ts3index is a way better server finding tool.
U are right.
I also cannot see the fake servers. I only see the normal ones![]()
Why was the thread closed? The situation is not resolved and its known since atleast 1 1/2 years... cmon teamspeak.. Stop ignoring us! Atleast give us a feedback if you will do something about it at all.

That topic isn't new for us and there is no easy fix.
It requires a new system in server and a new web list itself (and possibly changes in client).
There is a chance that this may come with TS5.
We have this somewhere on our list but it has no priority for current development (even when you push this thread over and over).
I personally would suggest to turn the list off completely till there is a new system available (don't worry it's just an opinion and don't think turning it off will happen)
