Error while writing new license file, shutting down!

Hey there, sorry if I open a duplicate, but I didn't find a post with a answer for my question.
Today I tried to connect to my TS3-Server but it didn't work, so I checked my server and i found this in logfile:

So I decided to reupload my licensefile but the error stays.
My license.dat looks like this (**** just for my privacy!):

I can't find any reason why Teamspeak should fail writting the license. Can anyone help me?

In 9 of 10 cases it is a permission issue on your operation system.
The user has no permissions to write into the file.

Please check the permissions the user who started the server has.

I tried starting it as my teamspeak user and it now works.
Silly me.
