Insufficient Permission Modify Power as Server Admin

I am attempting to make permission changes to a TS channel on behalf of the Sever Owner. I do not have access to ServerQuery. I am a Server Admin and have authorisation to make TS changes.

The TS will have eight permission groups. Users can be of more than one permission group, and any user can move/join any channel.

Server Admin / Server Owner: Can add, delete, alter channel groups, can assign/remove permissions, kick and ban
    Council Member: Kick power (only)
Commander: Can assign/remove permissions (up to Commander, not SA/SO)
Deputy Commander: Can assign/remove permissions (up to Commander, not SA/SO)
Lieutenant Commander: Can assign/remove permissions (up to Commander, not SA/SO)
Lieutenant: Can assign/remove permissions (up to Commander, not SA/SO)
Ensign: Can assign/remove permissions (up to Ensign)
Veteran: (additional group with no extra permission)

Having made a few permission changes, I now have this error message every time I attempt to make a permission change: "insufficient permission modify power".

However, Server Admin has an i_group_needed_member_add/remove_power of 75, and i_group_member_add/remove_power of 75. I am unable to lower the power of other permission groups, as I receive the above error message.

Please find the Permission Overview attached.

Your add power is power is 50 and comes from Channel Admin group.

    Code:
    Line 448: Group Member Add Power 50 0 0
Line 449: Needed Group Member Add Power 50 0 0
    Line 102: shows the error
    Code:
    Skip Channel Group Permissions 0 0 0 75

You disabled Skip so any channel groups overwrites Server Admin permissions.

Thanks. I made several changes to the server since. I cannot seem to remove the grant power. When I attempt to make permission changes or assign/remove permissions it says that I have insufficient permissions.

Finally remove the channel Admin group from yourself.

It's still messing up your permissions.
    Code:
Line 401: Permission Modify Power 0
