cant validate myteamspeak id

When I connect to my teamspeak server, it says the following:

How can I fix this? I reconnected already around 10 times, also restarted the teamspeak client.

Now it is getting strange, every time a random user joins my teamspeak, ALL other users hear "error" and see "rng fail" in the chat.

This is keeping happening all the time.
I have problem regarding the server and so on my normal PC.. We are not in the same network.
Tell me how to fix!

I have the same after upgrade to TS3 3.3.0.

It's weird. Any Ideas? Bug in 3.3.0 version?

We suggest to change the myTeamSpeak password of your account at least once (you can change it back afterwards) to get this resolved.

It could be that your myTS ID was generated while the myTeamSpeak service did hang last week.
Could be that it is empty at this moment and a password change would reset that.

I have the same issue with the latest server version.

I have logged out and in and changed password twice, still no luck.

A copy of part of the warning log states the following.

25/08/2018 07:01:02 Info requested new mytsid data
25/08/2018 07:01:03 Info tried to update mytsid data but still valid on myts server side
25/08/2018 07:01:03 Info do a login to get the mytsid on server side

I used to have the same problem.

What I can see, it can be connected to port / firewall rules on the server side, not client side.
