    Client crashes / exists

    Hey,
Since beta version 3.2.2, I've the problem, that my TeamSpeak just exits.

What client version is running? Beta 3.2.2 (Build 28.08.2018 14:38:26)
Offer us a Client log! See attached the latest two log files. The older one is the affected one, where TeamSpeak crashed.
What sound card and/or headset do you use? Creative Sound Blaster Z Sound card / Plantronics RIG 600 Dolby Atmos Gaming Headset
What operation system is running? Windows 10 64 bit with all latest updates
Are all important OS updates installed? Yes
Are latest drivers (Sound Card, Network Card, USB devices, Graphics Card etc.) installed? Yes
Did it work before? Yes, with TeamSpeak version 3.2.1 I don't had these issues.

Just to clarify, which type of "crashes" (exits) I have: I use TeamSpeak and while using it, it stops sending and receiving sound and 1-3 seconds later, the entire TeamSpeak client process just exits. There is no "not responding", no "disconnected" message from TeamSpeak chat or voice, just nothing.

It looks and feels like as the process gets just killed. It also does not create any dumps in %appdata%\TS3Client\crashdumps\, unfortunately.

After such a crash, I can start the TeamSpeak client immediately, reconnect to the server(s) I were connected before and when I'm fast enough, I can see my old connection (client), which is just losing the connection a few seconds later.

Is this only happening when you are in a game or even on desktop?
Does this still happens when you deactivate all custom plugins (Task force, Mass Mover, Notification) or all plugins withstart parameter -safemode?
If that helps enable one plugin again and test out.

Strange that you had no such freeze in client 3.2.0 or 3.2.1.

It also happens while developing web applications or watching something on Netflix. But I would say, it occurs more often when I'm in a game like Playerunknown's Battlegrounds (= PUBG).

I've disabled all plugins now - I'll test it.

Since I updated the 3.2.2 client when I enter TS3 options, it is freezing to 10 seconds!

Do you see any connection timeouts in your client log?

    Anything like:
ProtobufRPC | Warning | Error contacting URL https://clientapi.myteamspeak.com/...

I am connecting via normal DNS (no tsdns or server nickname).

If it's important, I use a reserved slot (server was full).

I also had this issue yesterday when connecting with another identity to it, so the new tab was disconnected and the already connected first tab disconnected with the same error message in the server tab.

    Client Setup:
    Gentoo Linux amd64
    Latest update 3.2.2 (beta channel)

    Server Setup:
    Debian 8 on Linux amd64
Server 3.3.1, using the free 32 slot (no license)
I have that problem too but only in one server. The rest works with no problems.

You're right. Since I've disabled all custom plugins, I didn't got any crashes anymore. I'll now enable one plugin and test, which plugin the issue causes.

We think the problem is not the whispering user. Tried it and could not reproduce this.

It's more that a user was selected and your client tried to get information.
But you got kicked from the channel and the user was no longer visible for you.
It's common that the client prints this error in that case.

Is it just on this server? in that case it's desired.
Something is wrong with that server.

That's all i can say without any other detail.

My client crashes randomly sometimes the crash handler detects it sometimes it does not.
I submitted a lot of crash logs.

But it seems that Notification sounds are somewhat related.
It came with the 3.2.2 Beta (the first one) and I disabled all Notification sounds by selecting the
"Sounds disabled" sound theme. Since then I had not a single crash of the client. I came to this idea,
cause I realized that my client crashed around people sending normal channel messages or moving/joining clients.

Maybe some of the other crashes are related to this.
