Assign a priority speaker and set volume downplay to your preferences.
This does not need a special plugin.

I've made a ClientQuery based tool so you can mute/unmute all clients
All you have to do is activate your ClientQuery and enter your APIkey
    https://github.com/cydolo/TalkStatus/releases
If you mute all clients your TeamSpeak hangs up, you have to wait a bit

@ ANR Daemon I don't get it sorry. Do you mean i lower the default volume in Ts3 preferences and rise the Volume for the few Clients i wanna hear? If so i already try that and the Clients i wanna hear got absolutely disorderd.

@DoloDE Your are a Hero seriously, i appreciate it a lot. Works perfect!

No. When priority speaker talks, everybody else's volume is automatically lowered. By how much it is lowered, depends on the server settings.

This is a standard server functionality.

    Right-click the user - select "Priority speaker"…
    Surprise, right?

Anyways i got the problem solved with the fancy TalkStatus tool.
