    Failed to Sync

Since upgrading to latest TS I have not been able to use it. I am getting the following message. "Failed to sync to your account" I am running Windows 10 64 bit. Any help greatly appreciated.

Is there more in the client log? does it work again?
Are you still logged in or get any other error message?

Hello in general the problem is solved during the day
However there can be several reasons for this problem :
this problem may arise in relation to your location (some countries are not authorized to use MyTeamSpeak).
or a problem connecting to your home.
    or a MyTeamspeak server failure.
    cordially.

    Thank you for your reply.

I can't comment on 'during the day' as I don't use the TS Client during business hours. This issue recently started in the last couple of months. Are there any logs I can provide that might shed some light on the subject?

    Grüße (aus Nurnberg)

With that lack of details we can only guess.

The service itself is working and you seem to be connected from Germany as long you do not use any VPN software or service blocking us you should be fine.
Make sure to use latest client 3.3.2 or 3.5.0 Beta and turn of any Firewall (for testing).
