Server does not start on port 9987

Hello,

I have my server for several years running on Win7 64bit and suddenly people could not join server and I found out its too old for new client.
So I updated server with direct download from your website, I replaced all files and server just wont start and it gives this error:

|ERROR |VirtualServer |1 |bind failed on 0.0.0.0:9987, :::9987

So i tried to change port of the server and update it again but it wont start just says:

|INFO |VirtualServer |1 |listening on 0.0.0.0:9980

Nothing I found works.

Port 9987 is in use already. You may did not stop the old server.

So i tried to change port of the server and update it again but it wont start just says:
|INFO |VirtualServer |1 |listening on 0.0.0.0:9980

It did start because this is how a running server looks like.

You have to open the new port first or add the desired new port to your bookmark.
