Server has been shut down: Server Shutdown!

So I upgraded my server version from 3.0.13.6 to the newest. Now everytime that I open a table on a pokerclient the server just shuts down. I have downgraded to several other versions and it does not fix the problem. I suspect maybe this newer version has some kind of spam protection and this poker client is coming with too many requests of data simultaneously?

This to me seems to be a very specific and narrowed issue so I feel it will not be easy to solve.
    Thoughts? Thanks!

You did not use the latest version. Yours is outdated and no longer supported.
Server 3.4.0 is the latest version -> https://www.teamspeak.com/en/downloads#server

    A downgrade is never supported!
And please read server log 0.

I said that I updated from "3.0.13.6", that's not the one I updated to.

Where can I find this file? Is it a .txt document?

It's in the logs folder from your ts server.
And it ends with a 0.log

Please read the related log 0. Not a random unrelated one and not one of a server that is still running.

Only firewall I have is Windows firewall and I'm not sure what to look for there. No router firewall either.

5 months later I have upgraded to Windows 10 and I still have the same issue. I'm pretty certain it has nothing to do with no firewalls at this point, the 2 softwares just collide and don't cope together.
