    TS3 - iOS 12.0 - Microphone and Speakers Disabled

Hi, I installed TS3 (ver. 3.2.3.1410 [950402c7]) on my iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 12.0
I got only one default identity profile.

My problem is that when connected I cannot hear / speak because microphone and speakers are disabled.

If I check the menu the two option "Microphone Disabled" and "Speakers Disabled" are highlighted in red and the PTT button is grayed out.

I've tried to search for possible solutions but I can't find any

    Could you please help me?

We tried iOS 12 already but had no problems.
Can you please give us the client log?

    How to:
    Connect your device with iTunes
    Start your client
Now open iTunes and select the TeamSpeak app.
There you will find the log under the files section and you can extract it from iTunes.

Frankly I don't think it's related to iOS 12 because I was getting similar issue also before the update.
Find attached a couple of logs (I've attached the first and last log file)

    Thanks!

The log do not show anything what could cause this.

iPhone 5 iOS 10 microphone and speaker disable

I have the same problem, I tried to reinstall and I see teamspeak does not ask me to allow the microphone, weird, it's been a week since it makes me that :/

iPhone 5 iOS 10 Microphone and Speaker Disabled

I am having the exact same problem as the OP, but on an older device and OS. It has been doing this approximately since the update which revamped the app's icon, etc. The teamspeak app never requests to have access to the microphone anymore and it cannot be activated in the settings of the phone. This app I have paid money to use is no longer usable on my device; disconnecting me from contacting friends. The only permission the teamspeak app asks for when launched is access to push notifications (useless, I know). This needs to be fixed ASAP. This bug is not a one-off case, but something many teamspeak users have been facing for a while and it is getting ridiculous.

Same problem here. In the mic settings, teamspeak does not show, either.

Yeah.... ehr... the fact that the log is not showing the issue doesn't mean that the issue isn't there...
That is what your app is logging...

We just hoped for more content.

We released a new version (3.2.4.1418) some minutes ago. That one may fix the issue.

Ok know we know what caused this problem and can work with it but it still does not explain why this did not happen an all devices with newer iOS.

    Update

What is shown under Help -> Sound Engine?
It should show you v3 and in worst case Legacy

Worst case because this is for older iOS versions.
