I'm also waiting 45 days for anwsers of some questions which I asked.
They're also not responding on my add-on which I uploaded 2 months ago.

What? For real?

One big thing they sould bring with TS5 is better Support and better interaction with the community for feedback and suggestions.
Better communication between sales and support would help aswell...

Your license has expired and you will have to apply for a new one, just as if you never had one in the first place.

I think they're too busy with teamspeak 5 project now, that's why they're responding so slow.

You can Not renew or request a new NPL. This license model is outdated.

I just don't understand company politic, why do you trying to sell slots if we use our server CPU and electricity. More users use teamspeak, more potential customers you have for... premium smiles, badges and other microtransaction stuff. But you choose to restrict slots in the time of 'opensource' and 'free-to-play', that is sad.

We no longer accept NPL request. This license is a discontinued model and will be replaced with the Sponsorship license.

Yap the NPL is nothing that can be requested any longer. It will be replaced with the sponsorship license.
NPL owner will be allowed to keep their license for now (may change in the future).

This thread will vanish into the off-topic section when the Sponsorship license is live.

Hallo,
ich finde es schade das Teamspeak das NPL Programm eingestampft hat. Nicht nur das ihr es eingestampft habt, sondern die Art und Weise wie ihr gehandhabt habt. Q1 2018 wurde ohne einen Kommentar auf der NPL-Registrierung Seite nur "Currently Closed" hinterlegt. Seit dem haben ich und wahrscheinlich viele andere täglich die Registrierung Seite und das Forum auf News bezgl. NPL gecheckt. Jedoch wurden keine Informationen Preis gegeben. Dann vor ca. drei Monaten, wurde plötzlich der Name von NPL zu "Sponsorship Lizenz" geändert. Jedoch weiterhin ohne eine Angabe ab wann man diese wieder registrieren kann. Als dann vor zwei Monaten auf der NPL-Registrierung Seite folgender Hinweis aufploppte: "Sponsorship License registrations are currently CLOSED
Changes to this licensing policy are currently being finalized.
Please check back in a few days." , kam natürlich die Hoffnung auf dass man in kürze die NPL wieder registrieren kann. Jedoch wurde aus "a few days" ein bisschen mehr ;). Jeden Tag haben wir bezüglich neuer Informationen gecheckt. Bis wir vor ein paar Tagen feststellten, dass die NPL von der teamspeak.com Seite entfernt wurden ist. Ohne einen Kommentar oder ähnliches. Auf Theards oder Support Tickets wurden einigen Usern noch berichtet das es temporär sei. Als ich jedoch am Freitag ein Ticket öffnete bezüglich einer Anfrage der "Gamer Lizenz" wurde mir mitgeteilt das dass "NPL" (Sponsorship) Programm eingestampft wurden ist. Und noch immer gibt es von euer Seite kein Offizielles Feedback. Außer von einigen euerer Forum "Moderatoren" welche einen Tag davor noch geschrieben haben, dass es sich nur noch um Tage handeln muss bis die Lizenzierung wieder offen ist. (Ich denke mal eure Interne Absprache ist = 0. Oder niemand von euch liest sich die Memos durch.

Ich habe nun eine "Gamer Lizenz" gekauft. Obwohl es eigentlich eine Frechheit ist die User solange im Dunkel tappen zu lassen und dann 55 Dollar pro Jahr für eine Lizenz zu verlangen, die weniger als eine NPL ist.
@Teamspeak Ihr braucht euch nicht wundern warum so-viele auf Konkurrenz Plattformen umsteigen ;). Und erspart uns euer "tut uns Leid Bla".
Solltet ihr bis zur nächsten Lizenz Erneuerung die "Gamer Lizenz" nicht ein wenig erweitert haben,werde ich diese höchst wahrscheinlich nicht erneuern.

@All mich würde mal interessieren wie ihr das die letzten Monate mit der NPL erlebt habt und wie ihr jetzt fortfahrt.

NPL wurde eingestampft richtig, es wird aber in Zukunft eine Sponsorship Lizenz geben.
