Tutorial for soundpack?

Is there a list of all the sounds/voices that client uses. Also how to put it together and send to site?

I could easily create this as music producer but I am not sure about those, I need some tutorial or info how/what sounds does it need.

You can find all sounds in \TeamSpeak 3 Client\sound\default\settings.ini. After finishing work on your sound pack you create a package installer (example of necessary folder structure), and either (zip the installer and) upload it here in the forum or create a myTS account and upload it there.
