i would like to know how I would write a teamspeak for my radio station which would be streamed directly as audio? (I want to program the bot in Java, if possible.)

There is already a bot that can do this for you which is called SinusBot

And from what I know there is multiple hosting providers hosting bots aswell. Like VeryGames
