Hey. I have a problem that some icons are not visible for other people. I have a question what is the maximum size of the server icons 16x16 or 32x32?

size of the icons is 16x16

How they are not visible? Did you even upload them? You can upload 16x16 which are under 8kb.
These users should check their client log.
You can upload much bigger icons like 256 x 256 without problems but you have to raise the value in i_max_icon_filesize.
All icons should work with the exception that some SVG types on android and all SVGs are not supported on iOS.
