    Server shutdown, accounting server issue

    Viewing https://accounting2.teamspeak.com in a browser results in either a full timeout or a cloudflare 502 gateway error.

    I'm seeing this error as well, but it hasn't affected my server in any way. Show full logs, there might be something else causing your server shutdown

    Oh, it's 100% the licensing system. Logs state it is.

    How long have you been getting the error? I've been getting it for three days and still have a running server

    I don't have this in my log. As long as you can successfully query the server every now and then, it's OK. This is not a TeamSpeak-related issue.
    If I access the accounting service via browser, I can download a file in the application/ts3error MIME, containing this information:
    Code:
    ERROR_SERVER_FE_HTTP_HEADER_MISSING, missing HTTP_X_TS3_CERTIFICATE
    TeamSpeak's HTTPS services are usually accessed via POST and require certain headers. I did not bother to find out what exactly is being transferred.

    Looks like it started a few days ago. We have dozens of servers shutting down constantly due to this. Regardless of a running server or not, TeamSpeak's licensing servers are having major issues and their backup one doesnt even resolve to an IP address. One of the reasons people are leaving in waves to the other system which will remain nameless that is free and doesnt have a licensing system broken that triggers shutdowns

    Yes, the accounting services were working as of like 15 minutes ago, but now they are returning 502 gateway errors again. I have a quick script that runs every minute and the past hour has returned 40 failures (502 http response).

    Could not connect to accounting server

    I'm getting the following errors this morning and my server auto shuts down after 2 hours.

    I can resolve, ping and trace route to accounting2.teamspeak.com
    I CAN NOT resolve backupaccounting2.teamspeak.com from any computer I have access to.

    When going to accounting2.teamspeak.com from my server or my home computer I get "Cloudflare Error 502 Bad Gateway" after a really long wait, maybe 120 seconds. (see attached screenshot)

    I have the same problem some fix to solve it since the server is turned off.

    So is there a fix for this whats taking so long for Teamspeak team to get it back online???

    Yeah. Incredible. No posts, no response to my ticket that has been open for over 24 hours. Nothing. Just our servers shutting down 20 times a day with no answers.

    This is crazy they need to get this fixed im tired of babysitting my box so we can have our server up!
