Question C++ PluginSDK: Can plugins get the IDs of other plugins and if so, how?

a plugin that I'm using whose source code is not public allows the user to enter several plugin commands. I am interested in creating a plugin to offer a UDP interface so that other programs, specifically ones that I program, can access that interface and send plugin commands.
The PluginSDK function sendPluginCommand requires the target plugin's PluginID as far as I could tell, but it is unclear to me whether it's possible to obtain the ID without being able to save it during ts3plugin_registerPluginID.
Is it possible to get another plugin's ID - maybe in form of a list of all active plugins - and if so, how?

No, you cannot do that. You only know your own plugin ID and cannot send commands to other plugins.
When sending PMs please make sure to include a reference link to the thread in question in the body of your message.
