How create BlackList or WhiteList for Whisper by server group?

Hello.
I have problem, can't create this functional:
I need block all whisper on server. I want to give some [NAME]group with rule to whisper and people need can whisper only this group, and not another groups on all server.

Any one knows how i can do that?

You could do it that way.

1. Set i_client_whisper_power to 0 + Negate in all server groups.
2. Then set i_client_needed_whisper_power to 1 + Negate in all server groups.
3. And in last step you set a i_client_needed_whisper_power of 0 or -1 + Negate to the group where user should be able to whisper to

Now only user in this one group can be whisper targets (as long there are no other whisper permissions set in your server).
