I have the same problem. Bought a new PC, installed TS and after 15-20 secs it freezes out. I can hear everyone but can't change rooms or even close the program.

From the logs we can not see any problem.

Who of you is logged in into myTeamSpeak and does it change anything when you log out (make sure you know your login credentials before logging out)?

I built a completely new PC. Everything works great that has to do with my headset except teamspeak. It freezes in less than one minute. I have to use task manager to close it. I do have a unique headset with it's own built in sound card......

I have no other issues with this headset. Only teamspeak. When TS is first opened it works perfectly. In fact I can still hear people talking and they could hear me before I enabled PTT (It took multiple time to enable since it froze so many times). I have tried uninstalling rebooting. Checked and updated all windows drivers. Now I'm here looking for solutions but all I see are people with problems.

Whether it is logged on or not, the TS freezes.

I have the same problem for a while (~2 months) now. Client log of the most recent one below. I start teamspeak, join a server and it freezes after 10-30 seconds. I can still hear people talking and they can hear me but the UI ist frozen, including the blue icons next to the names.
A restart of Teamspeak doesn't fix the problem because it will then happen again. Only a PC restart fixes it.

I can supply more info as needed.

I am having an issue with TS as well, TS3 is crashing yet I can still hear but I am unable to transmit or collect my logs or do anything with the interface, it just sits there frozen transmitting others but not myself. I am on Win10 Ent. but I have tried compatibility mode with 7 and 8, tried both 32 and 64 bit clients, tried 3.0.9, run as administrator, given High and Realtime priority in Task Manager (which is the only way I can shut it down after the "crash") My logs are pretty much useless unless there is another way I can view crash dump of sorts but with the program not actually displaying a crash not sure what I can do there. Any more troubleshooting steps you can provide let me know. I would say I have about 30 seconds or so of menu functionality before this happens, sometimes sooner.

You also have the problem with client 3.0.9? That one should handle things completely different then latest version.

We still could not reproduce this at all.
We guess it could be another software (like VPN or antivirus) or a driver version or a Windows patch (but in that case at least someone in our company should have that problem)

What could help is a crash dump (generated in Windows Task Manger)

How to:
- Start the client and do nothing till it does freeze
- Press Alt + shift + ESC OR Make a right click on your Task bar to open the Task Manager
- Enable More Details on the bottom
- Under the Tab Details / User you will the client running
- Make a right-click and select Create a Dump
- Now open shown path on your hard drive
- Use 7zip, WinRar and compress that big file
- Upload the compressed crash dump somewhere.
If yo u do not own a domain use a file hoster like Google Drive, Zippyshare, Dropbox etc.
- Send the link in a private message
--> I will forward it to our developers and hopefully we can see something.

I´ve encountered the same issue after reinstalling windows.
It worked for a while and stopped working.
There are three things I did right before it happened again.
1. Installed the TS Plugin TFAR (Arma3 Mod)
2. Attempted to launch overwolf, which froze at the exact same time my teamspeak froze.
3. disabled "on screen display" via ASUS GPU TWEAK 2

the overwolf one makes me suspicious, it worked fine for a day. Then after installing overwolf and launching it immediately stopped. Deinstalling overwolf sadly didn´t help, I guess there are some left overs who still bother TS.

We doubt that it is Overwolf but you can test it out.
Under Addons you can disable the Control plugin and Overwolf would not have access to the client.

In case the client does freeze before you can reach that menu you can uste the start parameter -safemode.
That one will disable all plugins on client start.

It works after disabling all of the native plugins. Version 3.2.1 on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.
