Time Out Room as default kick channel

Is there a way to make the Time Out Room as the default kick channel, but without making it the default channel if that makes sense?

What is a Time out room?
No you can not make something a default channel without making it the default channel.

Er meint, wenn ein User oder Bot "Kick from Channel" verwendet soll derjenige in diesem Raum landen und nicht im Default-Channel (was Standard ist)

What he means is if someone enters a server without a custom default channel set, they go into "Channel 1" but if someone is kicked from another channel, instead of going to "Channel 1", they go to "Channel 2". I apologize if you still don't understand, but this is the best way I can think of to explain this.
